I contacted Gi3 in hopes of solving a perplexing pallet flow problem. Pallets were not transferring properly between building mounted conveyors and trailer mounted conveyors on a JIT automated shipping system. I had sketched up a potential solution. Gi3 took my design, improved upon it, matched it to in-stock components and delivered a test unit in only two working days, stayed on site to help install it, and then followed through with further improvements and final shipment of the balance of the four units, all within one week.

Noticeable improvements began immediately upon installation and valuable assets were free to work on other pressing start-up issues, saving much time, money and most of all helping preserve precious customer relations in a critical time frame.
