Machine Audits
Gi3 is frequently asked by customers to come in and conduct a complete machine audit. As part of this program,
- Gi3 will look at ways to increase line speeds, reduce operating costs, reduce waste and manpower, and then forecast maintenance that may be required.
- Gi3 will then conduct a comparison of existing equipment to current industry standards, or measure current capacity against anticipated or forecast demands.
- An audit includes assessing the condition of equipment, locating and solving specific performance problems, identifying speed, efficiency and product range limitations, identifying equipment to be replaced, upgraded or retrofitted.
- Gi3 can even set up and administer a maintenance program to suit your requirements. This program will ensure that your material handling equipment is running at its optimum performance level. If a conveyor needs a bearing or a new roller, or the drive is slipping - Gi3 can make the corrections or your staff can from the detailed report.
